Our verification pillars
We don't rely on self-reported information alone.
Identity verification
Tutors who choose to verify their profiles submit their Aadhaar card. We verify their name, address, and photo to confirm they match their profile.
Qualification review
Tutors who wish to be verified upload their degree certificates and education marksheets. Our team reviews them manually. Only verified documents receive the verification badge.
Verified reviews
Reviews come only from students and parents who completed a session. We don't allow anonymous or unverified testimonials. Fake reviews are removed immediately.
Ongoing monitoring
We monitor behaviour across the platform. Tutors with complaints, low ratings, or irregular patterns are flagged for review and may be suspended.

If you encounter any behaviour that feels unsafe or suspicious, contact us immediately. We take every report seriously and respond within 24 hours.
